Services
Services I Offer
- 4 visits. I will typically do 3 prenatal visits and 1 postpartum visit. You also have the option to choose 2 prenatal visits and 2 postpartum visits
- Birth Education: I will go over the process your body undergoes during labor and delivery, as well as postpartum care. Even if you have given birth before this can be a helpful refresher to make you feel centered and prepared.
- Resource Bank: I can help direct you to trusted care providers, massage therapists, specialists and other parents in the area
- Hands-on support during labor and delivery: I will go on call for you at 37 weeks and stay on call until the baby is born. During labor, I will:
- Provide emotional comfort measures
- Physical comfort measures like massage
- Provide emotional and physical support to other members of your birth team
- Coach you and your birth support team through the birth process
- Foster clear and kind communication
- 24/7 support: from the time we decide to work together, I will be available to you via text, phone call, and email
Cost of Services
$ 800
- Many insurances will cover some or all doula support. I encourage you to check if this is an option for you
- It is my heart to support you regardless of your ability to pay in full. I offer sliding scale pricing to moms in financial need. Let's talk together.
